Krystal Holifield-Potts
Krystal is a native Houstonian and is one of the founders of Element 13. She is an experienced and poised leader who has worked at all levels of several best-in-class organizations and possesses an extensive background in effecting transformational change. Krystal has over 24 years of experience in engineering, operations, and construction management. She began her career at Walter P. Moore in structural forensics; midway through her career, she transitioned to offshore construction with Heerema Marine Contractors focusing on the transport and installation of offshore structures. Krystal earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering from The University of Houston.

Chris Greathouse
Chris is one of the founders of Element 13 and has over 35 years of experience in engineering, operations, sales, leadership, and management positions. He has held various sales leadership positions in the Tank and Oil & Gas industry and has previous experience in the Defense and Commercial Electronics industries with companies like Texas Instruments and Hewlett Packard. His experience leading teams to build successful growth has been integral to his success in the industry. Chris earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas State University.

Kyle Johnston
Kyle has over 18 years of experience in the above-ground storage tank industry, with previous roles in project management, sales, product management and operational leadership. He has demonstrated repeated successes in executing complex projects, new product development, optimizing existing products, project management software implementations, and managing multiple business units. Kyle earned a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, a M.S. in Finance from Tulane University, and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University.
